All our sandwiches are made with a blend of West Country extra mature cheddar, nutty Red Leicester and creamy Emmental, grilled golden to order on proper artisan sourdough. Pick your sourdough: White Country, Wholewheat or Seeded.

My Story
One of my first jobs was in a restaurant kitchen. I loved the buzz, the heat, the rush of service and the people. I also kept thinking: what if the kitchen could go anywhere?
That idea stuck with me for years. I designed the Gratemelt truck myself, planned every detail, and finally left my job to make it real.
Now that kitchen on wheels serves gourmet grilled cheese around King's Lynn and Norfolk. We use proper sourdough, a melting three-cheese blend, homemade herb butters and tomato and basil soup. It's the restaurant atmosphere I fell in love with, brought to wherever you are.
